The service
Create & Cook provides free tools that write recipes and meal plans with artificial intelligence, along with cooking guides. We may change, limit or discontinue features at any time, and we limit how many recipes can be generated in a period to keep the service available for everyone.
AI-written recipes
Recipes and meal plans are generated by AI and are not test-kitchen tested. They can contain mistakes. Before cooking, read the recipe through and use your own judgment about quantities, timings and temperatures.
Food safety and allergies
You are responsible for the food you prepare and serve. Always check product labels for allergens, even when you have set an allergy filter, and cook meat, poultry, fish and eggs to safe internal temperatures. Nutrition figures are estimates and are not medical or dietary advice.
Acceptable use
- Don’t use the service for anything unlawful or harmful.
- Don’t try to overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, or get around usage limits.
- Don’t submit content that infringes someone else’s rights.
Accounts
You don’t need an account to use the free tools. If you create one, keep access to your email account secure, because sign-in links are sent there. You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Plus subscriptions
- Trial. New members get a 7-day free trial. If you cancel before it ends, you are not charged. One trial per person.
- Automatic renewal. After the trial, Plus is billed at the price shown when you subscribed, monthly or yearly, and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Cancelling. Cancel online at any time from your account (Manage billing). You keep Plus until the end of the period you have paid for. We don’t give partial refunds for unused time, except where the law requires it; if something went wrong, email us and we’ll make it right.
- Prices. We will email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does. Founding member pricing stays the same for as long as your subscription continues without a break.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Fair-use limits apply to Plus features to stop automated abuse.
Imported recipes and shared lists
Recipe import is for your personal use. Imported recipes are credited and linked to their source and are never published by us. Anyone with the link to a shared grocery list can see and check it off; lists expire after 30 days.

Your content
You may use recipes you generate for any personal or commercial purpose. Our site design, guides, illustrations and photography arrangements remain ours.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including cooking outcomes, injuries or allergic reactions.
