Ten minutes a client, once a week

  1. 1

    Add a client

Their goal and daily protein target, everyone else at the table, what they can’t eat and their training days. First names are enough.

  2. 2

    Plan their week

Dinners built around all of it, in about twenty seconds. Swap the nights you don’t like, then write the recipes.

  3. 3

    Send one link

Their page has their plate on every dinner, the grocery list and the Sunday prep. They tick off what they cooked and leave you a note.

Your client doesn’t eat alone

Most meal plans are written for one person, and then the family wants dinner. Here the whole table eats the same meal, and each plate is sized to the person: the client on a GLP-1, the partner, the teenager after practice, the kids.

  • Numbers you can stand behind

Calories and protein are counted from the ingredients with USDA data, not guessed by a chatbot.

  • GLP-1 and training days built in

Smaller, protein-first plates for clients on a GLP-1. Bigger plates and fast dinners on practice nights.

  • Sunday prep, worked out

One session for the week from the actual recipes: the grains cooked once, the chopping merged, the meat frozen for later nights.

  • Proof of what got cooked

Clients tick off each dinner and leave you a note, so your next session starts with what really happened.

  • Your practice, not ours

Your name and credentials at the top of every page and email, with your booking link.

One price for the practice

14 days free, then $39 a month or $390 a year. Your clients never pay: Plus is included for each of them while they’re on your list.

Questions coaches ask

Is Create & Cook HIPAA compliant?

No, and it doesn’t try to be: we don’t sign business associate agreements. It’s built for coaches who plan food, not for medical records. Use first names, goals and food preferences, and keep diagnoses, medications and lab results in your own records. If you bill insurance as a covered entity, check with your compliance lead first.

Do my clients need an account or an app?

No. Each client gets a private link with their week on it. They can save it to a free account so their plate shows on every recipe on the site, and Plus is included for them while they’re on your list.

Where do the numbers come from?

Calories and protein are counted from each recipe’s ingredients with USDA FoodData Central values, per serving. A plate is that serving scaled to the person: a third of their daily protein at dinner, a lighter share on a GLP-1, a bigger one on training days, a child’s share for the kids. When a plate falls short, it suggests a real-food side, never powder.

Can I change what the plan suggests?

Yes. Swap any night and the rest of the week stays. Every plan follows the client’s allergies, dislikes and household, and you add your own note to the top of their page.

What does the coach plan include?

Up to 40 active clients, unlimited plans and recipes, the Sunday prep for every week, check-ins, your practice name on every page and email, and Plus for you and for every active client. Archived clients don’t count toward the 40.

What happens if I cancel?

You keep the coach plan until the end of the period you paid for. After that, your clients’ pages stay up with their last week, but you can’t plan new ones, and their Plus ends.

I run a clinic with several coaches.

Write to us at hello@createandcook.com and we’ll set you up with one bill for the whole practice.

Create & Cook gives cooking and portion guidance from goals you set. It isn’t medical advice and doesn’t replace your judgment or your client’s doctor.
